About GROW

GROW is an investment opportunity tailored to entrepreneurs making a positive impact in Barking & Dagenham. Participants get a £10,000 grant, group learning and one-to-one coaching, and access to an equity-free  investment.

No prior experience with investment is needed – we’ll guide participants step by step as they develop the skills and confidence to take on investment and GROW their ventures.

We’re already backing local talent!

In 2023, 60% of applications were from Black-led ventures, and 70% from women-led enterprises. Everyone that took part was based in Barking & Dagenham. We already invested in 10 local entrepreneurs with two taking on investment.

Now we’re looking for 10 more entrepreneurs to take part in in GROW 2025.
