Workshop 1 - Our purpose

Workshop 1 started with an exercise to explore values. We also had a discussion about the history of the Community Endowment Fund and how this might impact our decisions.

Workshop 2 - The Bullseye

In workshop 2 we identified priorities for the Fund in a series of exercises that helped identify our hopes, aspirations, and priorities for the Fund.

Workshop 3 - Sourcing Deals

The third workshop invites the group to ask questions or seek further information about potential deals. There is also an opportunity to take away information before Workshop 4 and
look at the proposals in more detail.

Workshop 4 - Principles

The fourth workshop looks at selected deals in terms of the principles we laid out in the Bullseye Model and helps the groups to understand the process that fund managers go through when making decisions. This workshop will help the CSG look at decision making through the lens of Impact, Liquidity, Risk and Return.

Workshop 5 - Making Decisions

The fifth workshop will bring together the learning so far. We will share tools and processes to help the group create an investment portfolio that aligns with the purpose and values of the investment policy.

Workshop 6-8

In workshops 6-8 we aim to design the Local Fund, finalise the model for the Community Steering Group, and prepare for handover to the next group.
