Workshop 1 - Our purpose
Workshop 1 started with an exercise to explore values. We also had a discussion about the history of the Community Endowment Fund and how this might impact our decisions.

Workshop 3 - Sourcing Deals
The third workshop invites the group to ask questions or seek further information about potential deals. There is also an opportunity to take away information before Workshop 4 and
look at the proposals in more detail.

Workshop 4 - Principles
The fourth workshop looks at selected deals in terms of the principles we laid out in the Bullseye Model and helps the groups to understand the process that fund managers go through when making decisions. This workshop will help the CSG look at decision making through the lens of Impact, Liquidity, Risk and Return.
