“I want you to imagine you are at home, 10 years have passed since you were part of the CSG that made this roadmap. The work you are starting now has benefitted lots of people and this email is from someone or some organisation who has directly benefitted by your work here in 2021/2022. It is the email you always hoped you would receive and the best thing you could have read, it really shows what your investment strategy has done. What do you want the email to say?”

Workshop 3 - Sourcing Deals

The third workshop invites the group to ask questions or seek further information about potential deals. This is also an opportunity to take away information before Workshop 4 and look at the proposals in more detail.

To refresh your memory, I have included the graphic that shows where we are in the process and how ‘sourcing deals’ fits into this.

Essentially it is the process of finding out what is out there that suits our fund so that we then look at each opportunity closely before deciding if it is right for us (that is next session)
